The following fundamental Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (also known as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘Pintas NZ’ (also known as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’), trading as Pintas Pilipinas Ltd. Both parties accept these terms and conditions without reservations. Except in the case of an express, written, prior waiver, these general terms of sale are exclusive and supercede any others. We believe that by placing an order, our customers have read and unconditionally accepted our general terms and conditions of sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are essential to both our valued customers and Pintas, as they serve to protect both parties’ rights and interests.


Pintas is a work in progress; therefore, some elements may be altered, added, or eliminated. We reserve the right to modify the website and these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. Customers are responsible for routinely re-visiting the Terms and Conditions page to ensure that they are up-to-date. Customers’ continuous use of the website following the publication of the revised Terms of Service indicates that they have read and accepted the modifications.


We make every effort to keep the Website operational, however upgrades may necessitate downtime. We may stop the website briefly for maintenance, but we will attempt to keep it as short as possible. We are not responsible if the website is unavailable for any reason.

Certain website features necessitate the use of a password. This is done to provide our customers with information about their orders while keeping them private. Our customers must establish a Pintas account using their email and a secure password as part of our security procedures. We also recommend logging out of the website while using public devices. Passwords that have been forgotten can be reset. Account details cannot be shared. If you suspect a security compromise, please contact us and have your password changed.

The information that our customers input in the website must be correct, up to date, and comprehensive. We may cancel our customers’ accounts at any moment if we have cause to suspect they have violated any of these Terms of Service.

The Website and its contents may include oversights, but we will make every effort to preserve accuracy. Our customers’ data is governed by our Privacy Policy.


Our website prices are in New Zealand dollars. Final invoices reveal product prices. We can modify our prices at any time, but we’ll let our clients know. Even if their payment has been validated, their purchases will be cancelled and their cash refunded if an inaccurate price shows on our website and is not corrected on their bill at the time of purchase.


When publishing product information, descriptions, and images, Pintas NZ takes meticulous consideration. We shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided.


We will always make every effort to have our stock on hand. If a product is out of stock, our customers will be given the option to be notified when it becomes available again. 


Our customers’ orders will be sent to the address they have provided when they made their purchase. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Pintas makes everything possible to meet the shipping times listed on the website. We cannot, however, be held liable for the consequences of a late delivery or package loss caused by the courier, the recipient, or Force Majeure. If our customers do not get their shipment, an enquiry will be done with the courier and may take several days after their claim is received. There will be no compensation or re-delivery throughout the investigation period.


Our customers’ orders will be delivered within one to three business days, based on their location. While we strive to deliver their orders on time, we cannot guarantee there will be no delays on the part of the courier. There may also be a slight delay for rural addresses. We advise all our customers to select a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the package  between 9am and 5pm on weekdays .

We will promptly process our customer’s orders during standard business hours. Once their orders have been dispatched, we will send you an email containing a link to your tracking page.

We are not responsible for any fees or delays incurred by the recipient.

All items will be packaged adequately to assure the integrity of the shipment. We are not liable for any damages sustained by the couriers.


Pintas allows consumers seven days to return unsatisfactory hair accessories, provided they are in good condition. 

This privilege does not apply to all sale items, culinary items, hair accessories made with or lined with mulberry silk, feminine and body hygiene products, and skin care products. Pintas ensures that its customers will appreciate its products, but we strongly advise choosing your items with care to avoid disappointment.

All returns are at the expense of the consumer. 


Pintas complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act of 2020 when handling personally identifiable information. Personal information is information about an individual who can be identified. This policy outlines how we will collect, utilise, disclose, and safeguard your personal information. This policy does not restrict or limit your rights under the Act. Information about you that we get through our website, digital services, or other means is covered by this Privacy Policy. Since the manufacturers have granted us exclusive permission to disseminate information about their products, our Privacy Policy extends to all of the brands we carry.Once our team has reviewed and given final approval to any revisions to this policy, we will update it accordingly.

We will gather information directly from you whenever feasible. There are a variety of other methods in which we get data about our customers:

-Through any registration or subscription process (like when customers sign up for our emails) 

-Through cookies placed on our customers’ computers when they visit any of our websites

-By means of any communication with us (email, phone call, etc.)

-When customers use our products or pay for our services

-From third parties with our customers’ permission or from publicly known sources.


We use our customers’ data to: 

-sell them our products to market our goods and services to them, which may entail electronic contact (such as sending them promotional texts or emails or showing them advertising on social media or search engines).

-to improve services and commodities, verify credit, send invoices, collect payments (including credit card transactions), etc.

-Any other reason allowed by our customers or the Act, such as providing items to them, responding to their communications (like a complaint), conducting surveys, protecting and/or enforcing our legal rights and interests (like defending a lawsuit), etc.

Online orders and queries may be difficult without our customers’ personal information.


We will review and fairly filter all consumer feedback posted to our site. Pintas NZ maintains the right to refuse or alter comments that violate the law or are otherwise unsuitable (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out-of-context opinion, etc.).


Pintas will not waive any right or condition of the Terms of Service if it does not exercise or enforce it. Our customers’ usage of the Service is governed by the Terms of Service, which supersede any earlier agreements. If a court finds any term of these Terms of Service unconstitutional, illegal, or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in force.
